“CLEAN UP” Dumpster available June 21st Thru 23rd
Location: North end of Baumler Place (Cul-de-Sac )
The use of this dumpster is for our HOA residents only so use wisely and get rid of unwanted items. We must comply with the rules and policy for materials placed in the container or we will be fined and items removed…
Items that are not allowed in this dumpster include:
- Refrigerators – refrigerant must be evacuated and doors removed
- Hot water tanks, because their void space can collect harmful gases inside landfills.
- No concrete blocks or heavy rock material
- Tires
- Paint cans and lacquers – allowed if dried or filled with kitty litter
- Adhesives
- Car batteries
- Medical infectious waste
- Hazardous materials

KYTC WILL BE TAKING COMMENTS, SUGGESTIONS AND QUESTIONS about Bardstown Rd traffic on JUNE 25th at Bates Elementary School at 5:30 p.m. in the school cafeteria.
This is part of a study to find ways to reduce Bardstown Rd traffic from Seatonville Rd to the Bullitt County line.

The 2024 Glenmary Yard Sale is on Saturday, June 15th.
The Annual Meeting will be held on Thursday May 16, 2024 at 8101 Baumler Court at 7:00 PM.
There will be a Board of Directors meeting at 7:00 PM, April 18, 2024 at 8101 Baumler Ct.
Sharon McDermott has been appointed Secretary as of March 8, 2024 replacing Michael Baker who has resigned from the Board of Directors.

Invoices for 2024 Annual Dues of $175 have been mailed to homeowners of record. Dues are payable by February 1, 2024.
