2026 Annual HOA Meeting May 21, 2026
The 2026 Annual Meeting is May 21, 2026 @ 7:30pm, 8101 Baumler Court.
Winter Storm Snow Plowing – Rubber Curb Ramps and Street Parking
We expect a heavy snow event starting on Saturday January 24. If necessary we will be plowing our roads. If you have a rubber curb ramp at your driveway, we recommend you move it away from the curb to avoid damage. The HOA and our plowing company will not be responsible for any damage. Please do not park on the street during this snow storm as this will impede plowing. Thanks .
2026 HOA Annual Dues
HOA dues are $175 for 2026. Dues letters for homeowners of record will be mailed in a couple of days. Please pay your annual dues by February 1, 2026.
