2017 Home Owners Association Annual Meeting

Date: Tuesday, April 25, 2017

Location: 11312 Baumler Place

Time: 7:00 PM

There are four (4) Board Seats that are up for election at this time. If you are interested, please submit your name, address, phone number and email. A vote will be conducted at the meeting.

Also the Board would like to inform you of the new improvements that are scheduled at the entrance.

We also have a covenant change regarding the property fences to be only that of black metal material approved by the Board. And a second covenant change to be a minimum of one rather than two trees for the front of the property.

Please attend and discuss any matters of concern. The meetings are very informal and usually very short in length.

Enclosed is a Proxy Ballot Form for your convenience if you are unable to attend. Please designate a proxy, even if you select the Board as the proxy, sign the document and be sure it gets to the Secretary 24 hours prior to the meeting. (Monday April 24, 2017 by 7 PM)

2017 Proxy Ballot Form

Street Parking Near Mailboxes

If we park a vehicle on the street during the daytime we all know to leave space so the mail truck can reach the mailbox. What we don’t know is we must also leave space for the mail truck to pull straight away from the mailbox. USPS rules do not allow vehicles to back up except in the most extreme circumstances. Please leave enough space for the mail truck to pull up to and away from the mailbox. Thanks.

Glenmary East Homeowners Association Sections I & II

At the 2016 Annual Meeting we will vote on the 2016 HOA Budget, Covenant changes, hold any discussions as needed and hold an election for the expiring term of Louis F. Holzknecht, currently serving as Treasurer.

Only one vote per lot owner is allowed per the covenant and the lot owner must be in “good standing”. This means that any dues and/or fees must be paid in full prior to the vote. Proxy forms will be available prior to the meeting if you can not make it.
